This podcast provides simple, 20- to 30-minute practices that you can use to support rest, release, introspection, and nervous-system regulation. Heck, put it on and let it help you fall asleep. 

The main feed is recordings of live practices, so it's always going to be, ahem, rustic. Bonus content for paid subscribers includes extra recordings that I make just for y'all. 

If you're new to yoga nidra: You can think of it as a guided meditation practice or a guided relaxation practice -- whichever sounds more appealing to you. While each recorded practice is unique and current, the basic format of a yoga nidra practice doesn't change significantly from episode to episode. It's meant to be a familiar friend that you can always turn to. Every week you'll join me and others as we settle down and settle in.
