Pilates! Group Class (45 min)

This class uses the Pilates Reformer and Tower. Expect a well-balanced Pilates practice that focuses on the fundamental exercises, with an emphasis on form, stabilization, and functional movement over power and heavy load.

You can sign up for a single session, or save some cash and buy a 10-class pack! If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, please grab a sweet little Beginner’s Package to get comfy on these crazy machines before you start group classes!
