Claim some time in your day to practice -- let's do it together! These short practices, four days a week, are designed to help us all make space for ourselves, no matter how crazy the day. You can join me live if morning practice is your jam, or you can do the practices on your own time. The idea is that consistency is key...better to do a little on most days than a "perfect practice" whenever life gives you room for that. We all know how often that is.
Practice is live on Zoom, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 7:30am. It lasts about 20 minutes, ish.
These are gentle practices -- no special outfit or equipment required. Fair warning: I'll be practicing at 7:30am, and I'm going to look it! I can't rule out the possibility of pajama pants. I can guarantee audible yawning and fairly frequent bed head. :)
